Exchanges or Refunds with an Original Sales Receipt

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a return.

We will exchange or issue a refund on unopened, unworn, unused, and unwashed products within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please follow these specific instructions and send the product back (unopened, unworn, unused, unwashed) within 30 days for an exchange.

Restocking Fee

There will be a 15% restocking charge retained from any payments refunded for merchandise returned for any reason except warranty.

Limited Warranty

Clothing and Accessories 

International Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc. warrants our products to be free of defects in materials, contents and workmanship at the time of purchase. The clothing warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but DOES NOT cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. If you suspect a defect in workmanship or materials of an IEM clothing product, you may send the garment to Woody's for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first 30 days of ownership. If garment should fail due to material or manufacturer defect, within warranty coverage, IEM will repair or replace at our option.

Limited Warranty

Traction Products

International Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc. warrants each product manufactured by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under use for the purpose for which it is intended. The Company shall not be liable for damage or delays caused by defective materials or workmanship; is limited to the repair or replacement at its factory of defective article or part thereof, which may be returned to the factory, transportation charges, prepaid within one (1) year after delivery to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is also required. The Company shall be the sole judge of the existence of any defect in the article so returned. No claims for charges incurred in the removal, disassembly or reinstallation of such article shall be allowed. Product manufactured for consumer use on snowmobiles is designed for snow or ice only, use on any other surface voids warranty.

This Warranty shall not cover any article which has been misused or neglected or damaged by accident or any article which has been altered outside the Companys' factory. The Warranty for studs is void unless the studs are installed with Woody's installation tools, support plates and lock nuts; following the directions in the installation instructions. This Warranty does not cover bending, chipping, flaking or carbide pin breakage or pin loss from stud wear, stud replacement labor or shipping.

The Company shall, in no event be liable for consequential damage or contingent liability arising out of any total or partial failure to function of any article manufactured by it or of any equipment on or in which it is used. Failure of a user to give notice to claim as to defect claimed under the provisions of the Warranty within one (1) year after delivery to original use, such claim shall constitute a waiver by consumer of all claims with respect to goods and equipment.

No express, implied, or statutory warranty other than that herein set forth is made or authorized to be made by the Company. All returned warranties will not be accepted without a return authorization number.

Return Authorization Required

Should a warranty claim become necessary please call our office or e-mail IEM for a return authorization number with RETURN AUTHORIZATION in the subject line.

The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Merchandise must arrive prepaid along with the original proof of purchase (receipt) the assigned return authorization is valid for 30 days and will be voided after that time period has expired. 

IEM cannot be held liable for lost inbound packages. This warranty supersedes all previous IEM's warranties.

 Warranty claims must be requested within 30 days of purchase. IEM has the final disposition on all warranty claims. For warranty evaluation, your product should be sent prepaid and insured to:

Canceled Orders

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to make changes to a processing order. The only way to modify or change an order after it has been placed is to cancel the order. When we are able to cancel your order, you may place a new order with the needed changes. Cancel through Google Checkout and notify IEM of the cancellation. You will be notified by email when your order has been canceled. If the cancellation is received after IEM's shipment, return the unopened and unused merchandise with the receipt, prepaid and insured to IEM requesting the exchange or refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded on orders canceled after shipment.  

While we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled, we will do our best to halt shipment if we are notified before 3:00 p.m. EST the same day the order was placed. 

Backorders

IEM merchandise can be backordered if it is out of stock. You will be informed of stock status at the time of purchase and given the option of backordering. You will be notified when the merchandise is available.

SHIPPING POLICY

Currently we are only able to ship in the United States and Canada. If you live out side these boundaries, contact us for the possibility of shipment.

The shipping costs as outlined on this schedule are based on the amount of the sale.  Check the table for our United States and Canadian shipping rates. 

Shipping Carriers
We are only offering UPS Ground Shipping. All pricing is USD.

Please note when using UPS shipping we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time. Generally UPS will deliver your package by 8:00 p.m. on the estimated date of delivery. Due to the fact that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, we will be unable to ship to these addresses.

Shipping dates are approximate only, and IEM is not responsible for delays or nonperformance caused by our carrier(s) or force majeure.

Shipping Surcharges
An additional shipping fee may apply for backordered, preordered, heavy or oversized items.  Additional shipping fees may also be applied to items that require special delivery or handling.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from woodystraction.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.

Pricing

Prices do not include the amounts of any applicable sales, use, transfer, excise or other taxes, tariffs or custom duties outside Michigan. The buyer is responsible for any such taxes, tariffs or custom duties levied upon the sale, transfer, import or use of the products sold by IEM.

We make every effort to ensure that all information is correct. Woody's reserves the right to change prices published without prior notice and to invoice at the corrected price. While we try to portray our merchandise as accurately as possible, colors may vary slightly due to the web color variations or printing processes.
